Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your BEGICAT purchase. This policy explains how returns, damaged items, cancellations, and refunds are handled. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.

Returns

For eligible non-customized products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

To start a return, contact us at begicat.official@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos of the item and its packaging, where relevant

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are processed at our facility in China.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Packages sent to an incorrect address or without sufficient identifying information may be delayed or refused.

After receiving return authorization, please ship the item within 14 calendar days. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until the return is completed.

Return Eligibility

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, returned items must:

• Be in substantially the same condition in which they were received
• Show no damage caused by misuse, alteration, improper assembly, sanding, painting, or other modification
• Include all supplied parts and accessories
• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers may reasonably inspect a product as they would in a physical store. If handling beyond what is reasonably necessary causes a reduction in value, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund where permitted by law.

Original packaging is recommended but is not an absolute condition when applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or another reason not attributable to BEGICAT, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, BEGICAT will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

Any return-related customs forms must be completed accurately. Customers should mark the shipment as “Returned Goods” where permitted. BEGICAT is not responsible for charges caused by inaccurate customs declarations or the customer’s choice of shipping service. This does not affect any costs that BEGICAT is legally required to pay.

Original express or upgraded delivery fees are generally non-refundable. Standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrectly made, or different from what you ordered, contact us at begicat.official@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and clear photos of:

• The affected item
• The shipping package
• The shipping label
• The damaged or incorrect area

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, full refund, or another remedy required by applicable law.

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items are not subject to the ordinary change-of-mind return conditions.

Customized and Personalized Products

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This includes, without limitation:

• Custom-sized frames
• Laser-engraved products
• Custom-painted products
• Products made according to personalized dimensions, colors, text, or designs

This exclusion does not apply if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly made, does not match the agreed specifications, or must otherwise be accepted for return under applicable law.

Minor differences in natural wood grain, color, knots, or texture are normal characteristics of wood and are not generally considered defects. Product appearance may also vary slightly because of screen settings and lighting.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale or discounted items may be returned when eligible under this policy or when required by applicable law. A discount does not remove a customer’s rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Gift cards are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

European Union and United Kingdom Customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason.

You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, you generally have another 14 calendar days to send the goods back.

You may inspect the goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. We may deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary, where permitted by law.

Unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind. Personalized or custom-made goods may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Where required by law, we will refund eligible payments, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from a customer’s choice of an upgraded delivery method are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We normally process approved refunds within 10 business days after inspection.

Where a shorter or different refund period is required by applicable law, that legally required period will apply.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was issued, contact us at begicat.official@gmail.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.

For damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items, contact us before placing another order so we can determine the appropriate replacement or other remedy.

Order Cancellations

Contact us at begicat.official@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed after production or fulfillment has started. Customized or personalized orders might not be cancellable once production has begun, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If an order has already shipped, it will be handled under the applicable return terms above.
